Fixed assets

The module is designed to create fixed asset cards, calculate depreciation, and form and print acts of putting assets into and out of operation. You can choose a depreciation calculation method:

  • Linear;
  • Productions;
  • Number of years;
  • Double decreasing values.

This allows convenient management of fixed asset accounting and calculation of depreciation using the selected method.

Low Value Assets

The module is used to create low-value asset cards, where the company’s purchased current assets are registered and assigned to a responsible employee. In the module you can:

  • Register low-value asset cards;
  • Assign assets to employees;
  • Transfer assets from purchase documents;
  • View asset reports.

Employees can see the assets assigned to them in their “Employee Cabinet”.
