The positive things are that internet speed is high and price is very affordable. Usually hosting resellers or locals sell service for 3kwd, but their quantity is very small, that is why everybody uses international hosting providers or providers from Emirates.

It is unusual that you will not see lots of people in the country: empty streets, parks, attractions. Nice buildings, parks — it is a good example of how oil can change the country. For example: Emirates small businesses, plenty of more than million, so they drive the economy. Websites still are not needed there. People who work with oil know each other. Nobody uses websites on daily basis just because Kuwait is very small. However, there are some internet providers developed.
