Error "This feature is not available for your account"
This error can appear for a user in DirectAdmin when trying to open the website builder. It means the Site.pro plugin is not enabled for that user — either because it isn't enabled on the hosting package they're on, or, if the user has custom permissions instead of a package, because the plugin isn't enabled in their individual permissions configuration. Enable the plugin for a package Log in to DirectAdmin with the admin (or reseller) account.Go to "Admin Level" > "Manage User Packages".Open the package the user is on (or create/edit the package you want to update).Find the "Plugins" section of the package settings.Enable the Site.pro builder plugin (listed as "siteprobuilder" or "Website Builder") by checking it.Save the package.   1. Log in to DirectAdmin with the admin (or reseller) account.

  4. Find the "Plugins" section of the package settings.
