How to register production from technological cards?

Production → Production from Technological Cards

Steps:

Set the production module parameters;
Before registering a production record, check whether the production parameters are defined in the settings: Parameters → Settings → Accounting. Enter the operation type created for production.

1. To register the entry, select the module Production → Production from technical cards → click green "".
2. Fill in: Finished goods warehouse: select the warehouse from the list where the finished product will be transferred;
   Raw materials warehouse: select the warehouse from the list from which raw materials or components will be taken for production;
   
3. In the “Products” field, click green ""
   
• In the “Item” field, enter the product name or click the pencil icon "" to select the product’s technological card:
  
• Specify the quantity of products to be produced and click “Save”:
  
After saving, the raw materials required for production are automatically withdrawn from the selected raw materials warehouse.
You can also print the production act by clicking the “Print” button.

4. Click “Save” to save the production record.

5. Check the corresponding accounts after saving the production record by clicking the pink button with the arrow on the right side:

Note. In the modules Warehouse → Sales and Warehouse → Purchases, two records are created: in the Sales module – goods write-off, and in the Purchases module – finished production. The document name will match the series and number used when registering the production operation.
