How to restore an archived company?

If all created databases in your account are archived, to restore them you need to:

1. In your account you can see all created and archived companies. Next to the company you want to unarchive, click “” to see more options, then click “Unarchive company”.

2. Select which company’s balance you will top up and click “Top up and unarchive”.

3. Select the amount you will pay.

A €50 fee applies for restoring each company. Pricing formula: number of companies * €50 + minimum balance top-up amount of €50. Prices are shown excluding VAT.

4. Select who the pro forma invoice should be issued to (individual or legal entity).

Fill in the required fields and click “Company SP balance top-up”.


5. Make the payment.

You can make the payment in two ways:

• “Pay now” — you will be redirected to the bank and can complete the payment immediately.
• “Download pro forma invoice” — you will log in to your online banking and make the payment according to the pro forma invoice.

Note. You can restore companies that were archived no more than 76 days ago.

If not all created companies in your list are archived, you can restore an archived company using the balance of an active company. How to do it:

1. In your account, apply a filter to show archived companies:

3. Select the company that has funds in its balance and click “Unarchive”.
