How to top up the balance of the company?

The balance in the Site.pro program is the amount of money (EUR excluding VAT) added to the company, from which user plans, database fees, and additional services are paid after the top-up. The company’s balance is visible in the top bar.

1. You can top up the balance in two ways:
• Click “Balance” in the black toolbar at the top of the screen.

• In your account, expand the toolbar next to the desired company and click “Company SP balance top-up”.

2. Select the company — if your account contains more than one company, choose the one whose balance (virtual wallet) you will top up.
3. Top‑up — in the table, select the suggested amount or enter your own balance top‑up amount. Pay attention to whom and how VAT will be applied:
   Legal entity with a valid VAT number
   • Invoice without VAT.
   Legal entity without a VAT number
   • Invoice with 21% VAT (via OSS). Mandatory registration in SVS.
   Legal entity with SVS (limited VAT number)
   • Invoice without VAT.
   Individual person
   • Price with VAT according to your country.
   Non‑EU clients (for electronic services)
   • No VAT applied.
   You can top up the balance with a chosen amount by entering it in the Enter your amount field. The minimum top‑up amount for a company balance is 50 EUR.
4. Proforma invoice – the user fills in the details required to generate a proforma invoice. This invoice will be issued to a natural or legal person, and after the payment is made, a VAT invoice will be generated using the same details.

5. In the next step, the user is informed about the procedure of crediting funds and can either pay the proforma invoice immediately by selecting “Pay now” or download the proforma invoice for payment.
Note. When paying the invoice, it is necessary to accurately specify the payment purpose (the proforma invoice number).

6. Once the payment is completed and credited in the Site.pro system, the company balance is automatically topped up, and the user can see the new balance in their account, for example:
