A live website is a website that meets these requirements: It is built with Site.pro website builder;It is currently published and online (accessible in the browser via its domain). If a website doesn't meet these requirements, it is considered dead. For example: Unpublished websites;Offline websites (websites with fatal errors, missing DNS records, etc.);Websites that were replaced by another website (built with different software). How are live websites detected? Site.pro has a built-in scanner system that constantly makes requests to all websites and checks whether the live requirements are met. Based on the result, the website's state can change between "live" and "dead" on the statistics page.Usually, a full rescan of websites takes from 3 to 7 days. If the website's real state changes, its state on Site.pro's statistics page will be updated within that time frame. Possible issues with correct website state detection The website has been moved to another hosting provider.During website scanning, its IP is one of the parameters that Site.pro checks. If the website's IP changes, there can be two reasons for that: The website was moved to another IP on your hosting, but the new IP has not been added to your brand on Site.pro. In this case, Site.pro can automatically add the missing IP to your brand (see more information on this page);The website has been moved to another hosting provider. Site.pro always assumes the first option. As a result, you may have live websites that no longer belong to your hosting.We recommend periodically checking live websites on your statistics page and blocking such websites (see more information on this page). Your website hosting's firewall blocks Site.pro scanners.Site.pro's scanner servers can be blocked by your hosting's firewall. If, during scanning, Site.pro cannot reach the website because of a connection timeout, it cannot check the website's state and automatically assumes it is live.Because of this, you may have websites that are incorrectly marked as live.On your statistics page, you can select "Firewall" in the "Block/unblock" column to filter such websites.To fix this issue, you need to whitelist all Site.pro IPs on your hosting.
