You can register as a VAT payer in Lithuania in several ways:

    Grant authorization — send the signed document by email to “Buhalterija internetu”, which will complete the registration.
  • Independently:
    Submit an application via “Mano VMI”;
    Complete forms FR0227 / RED812 and FR0388;
    Submit documents through an authorized person in Lithuania.
Independent registration usually takes about 3–10 business days from the submission of all required documents.
