Accounting program for farmers

All purchases are registered in the purchasing module – from raw materials to services. Documents can be entered manually or automatically using invoice recognition, and the “Additional costs” function allows increasing the acquisition cost of goods.

Sales documents, commercial offers and product returns are registered in the sales module. Documents can be sent to clients by e-mail, and simplified sales invoices can also be issued.

In the bank module, bank statements can be imported manually or automatically from different banks. This allows you to quickly register transactions, monitor cash balances and track customer debts.

In the cash register module, all cash-related operations are recorded. You can register receipts and payments, print cash orders and generate a cash book for a selected period. Transactions can be filtered by different criteria and their history can be reviewed.

The module is designed for registering and automating production processes in accounting. Production can be carried out using technological cards or by assembling and disassembling products from selected raw materials.

Technological cards define the product composition and required quantities, allowing the system to automatically select raw materials and register finished goods. During assembly, products can be created or split into individual items.

Information

The module calculates employee salaries based on working time, taxes and work schedules. Timesheets are generated based on orders.

The program automatically calculates salaries based on the entered data.
